Mohawk Baseball Camps

2010 Youth Baseball Camp

WHAT: 8th annual Mohawk Youth Baseball Camp
•    Each day will feature skill lessons/instruction and two camp league game

DATES: April 12-April 15
(Friday April 16th will be used as a rain make-up date if needed)

AGES AND TIMES: Grades 2-6 (current grade)     5:00-7:30 PM

LOCATION:  Mason City Youth Baseball Complex located on the North end of Mason City.  We will use the McDonalds and Mercy Fields for grades 2-3 and the Serta and Pepsi Fields for grades 4-6.

COST: $45.00 for Individual Camper or First Family Member.
             $25.00 for the Second Camper from same family.
             $15.00 for the Third (or more) Camper from same family. 

INSTRUCTORS: Mason City High School head baseball coach Troy Rood and the Mohawk baseball coaching staff will provide instruction and supervision.  Mason City High School varsity players will coach and umpire the games. 

INCLEMENT WEATHER: We will attempt to hold camp as scheduled every day rain or shine.  However, if the weather is bad enough for safety concerns we will announce any cancellation on our website by 4:30 p.m.   WE WILL USE FRIDAY APRIL 16th AS A RAIN MAKE UP DATE IF NEEDED.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Pants, sweatshirt or long sleeved t-shirt, hat, baseball shoes, glove, and a bat (optional).  Catchers are encouraged to bring their own catcher’s mitt if they own one.
