Mohawk Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp
Summer Camps
Dates: Monday, June 8th - Friday, August 1st (8 Week Program) Cost: $20 per camper
- Athletes must be in the weight room 10 minutes prior to their session start time to get warmed-up and stretched out.
- Be sure to arrive each camp day at your designated start time or you will lose your space at camp.
Online registration has been closed. There are only a few sport left! To register, please see or call Coach Hines. His weight room hours are posted on the weight room window, or call him at 641-420-7413.

Important Notes: Session 4 - Middle school - limited to the first 30 incoming 8th graders Session 5
- Girls - is a 90 minute time slot. We will split this into 2- 45
minutes slots if needed. Unless otherwise notified, plan on attending
at 10:30 AM the first week. Workouts will last 45 minutes. Session 6 - Evening - an open lift session, and also for those athletes not belonging to any of the above listed groups.
